Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use MORPH, the body transformation tracking app available at mymorphjourney.com and in the MORPH mobile app. By creating an account you agree to them.

The service

MORPH is provided by Daniel Couraceiro, based in Portugal. MORPH lets you record your weight, body measurements, progress photos and training, and see how they change over time. MORPH Pro adds MORPH Coach: personalised training plans, guided workouts and progression suggestions.

Not medical advice

MORPH is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. Body reports, plans and suggestions are general information generated by fixed rules. Talk to a doctor or qualified professional before starting a new training programme, especially if you have an injury, a medical condition or are pregnant. Stop any exercise that causes pain. You use training suggestions at your own risk.

Your account

• You must be at least 18 years old to use MORPH.
• Give accurate information and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• Do not attempt to access other users' data, interfere with the service, or bypass subscription checks.
• Keep your device and account secure, and sign out on shared devices: anyone using your signed-in account can see your photos.

Photos you upload

• Only upload progress photos of yourself, taken with your consent, to track your own progress. You must be 18 or over.
• Photos showing your own body, including nudity, are allowed for your private tracking. Do not upload sexually explicit material or anything else that is illegal.
• Never upload images of anyone else — including partners, clients or friends — and never upload any image of a person under 18.
• MORPH does not scan or review your photos. If we become aware of content that breaks these rules — in particular any sexual image of a minor or an image shared without the pictured person's consent — we will remove it and may close the account, and we will report it to the competent authorities where the law requires.

Your content

You keep ownership of everything you add to MORPH, including your photos. You give us permission to store and process it only as needed to provide the service to you, as described in the Privacy Policy. We do not use your photos for any other purpose.

MORPH Pro subscriptions

• MORPH Pro is available as a monthly subscription (€9.99 per month) or an annual subscription (€79.99 per year). Prices include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout.
• New subscriptions start with a 7-day free trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the subscription you chose starts and is charged automatically.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel.
• On the web, payments are processed by Stripe. You can cancel at any time from Settings → Manage subscription; you keep MORPH Pro until the end of the period you have paid for, and you are not charged again.
• If a payment fails, MORPH Pro features may be paused until the payment is resolved.
• Statutory consumer rights, including any right of withdrawal that applies in your country, are not affected by these terms. [to be confirmed]

Availability and changes

We work to keep MORPH available and your data safe, but we cannot guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. MORPH is in an early stage and features may change. If we make a change that materially reduces what you pay for, we will tell you in advance.

Ending your use of MORPH

You can stop using MORPH and delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms, after notifying you where reasonable. Deleting your account removes your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory rights as a consumer. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect losses or for results of training you choose to do.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal, without depriving you of the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.

Changes to these terms and contact
